1. The Rotatek Range of Presses: The
range includes variable format offset and flexography
rotary presses for printing labels, flexible packaging,
leaflets, business forms, commercial prints, direct
mail, checks on different materials such as paper, light
cardboard, film and other flexible materials. Modular
concept of the machines allows a totally variable composition
of various printing and processing / finishing units.
The Rotatek product range includes offset rotary presses,
flex graphic rotary presses, combination presses.
Ecoflex,
The Flexographic Printing press for labels flexible
packaging and cartons combines the flexographic technology
with the advantages of the cassette system. The Ecoflex
has a modular conception that permits the variable composition
of the flexo printing and units and other in-line printing,
processing and finishing elements. It prints and converts
wide range of materials, from flexible film to carton,
as well as the production of self-adhesive labels, wet
glue labels, in mould labels, sleves, film, cartons
etc. with other attractive features such as Quick Job
Change, Maximum Flexibility, High functionality and
ergonomic design, custom made etc. The machine on display
will be equipped with Cold Stamping as well for stamping
on films and labels.
Combi, The new variable size rotary printing press combines
in-line the advantages of flexo and offset printing
and permits all kinds of custom made compositions, combining
flexo and offset with other printing, converting and
finishing processes. There are practically no limits
for the configuration of the narrow web COMBI press,
whether for the production of labels, cartons, mailings,
commercial printing, flexible film or any other complex
printing process.
Brave, The new Semi-rotary and Full Rotary press printing
in wet offset for the production of high quality labels.
The combination of the two impression technologies gives
the best possibility for the printing of short, medium
or long runs with a maximum profitability.

Schober Range of Products: Schober offers a
wide range of tools, modules or complete processing
lines for the manufacturing of longitudinal, cross,
contour and half cuts as well as perforations by proven
technologies. It also offers a wide range of tools for
the manufacturing of Folding Cartons, coffee, Tea, Hanky
and Cigarette Packaging. In addition to high Precision
Creasing, the Rotary Process can be used to produce
high quality cold and hot foil embossing at high production
speeds and economic costs.
Schober offers complete production lines for gluing,
sealing or welding, They are the manufactures of Collators
for business forms equipped with imprinting units for
crash numbering and encoding , cross and longitudinal
gluing units, punching stations and label dispensing

and cutting function. The PC based machine control system
is directly linked to the camera system. This high resolution,
high-speed camera ensures increased inspection speed.

to suit the paper roll diameter ensure uniform web tension
over the entire roll length.
