Litel Infrared Systems, established in 1987 in Pune, India, and Radiant Energy Systems, established in 1985 in New Jersey, U.S.A., have been custom designing and manufacturing Dryers and ovens for a wide variety of applications in many industries, for over 20 years. Litel and Radiant have now collaborated to combine the strengths and offer highly efficient dryers for the Indian Converting Industry. While Litel hitherto specialized in making infrared boosters for the converting industry, Radiant specializes in impingement dryers, floatation dryers, infrared air dryers, infrared dryers, using short-wave / medium wave / long wave electric heaters; gas fired infrared heaters and systems, combination dryers using infrared and hot air, inter-station and final dryers for flexo and gravure printing presses, dryers for clean room applications, thermal, catalytic and regenerative thermal oxidizers, heat recovery systems and turn-key installation. Under the collaboration agreement, Litel will manufacture such dryers under technical know how from Radiant Energy Systems, USA. Litel manufactures all types of electric infrared heaters in-house, and is also introducing shortly indigenously developed UV Lamps and UV dryers.
