India Package Meet travels the state of Gujarat for an entire week following a Vibrant Trail of opportunity. The Meet will begin at Vapi on the 6 September reaching out to the over 10,000 small and big industries in the district of Valsad as well as drawing in the hundreds of industries from Silvassa, Daman and Diu while also reaching up to the districts of Navsari and Surat. On the 8 September the meet will have travelled to Ahmedabad drawing in its trail the industrial districts of Bharuch, Vadodara and Anand besides Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. It will have its last stop at Rajkot, the economic capital of Saurashtra on the 10 September and target the over 15 Industrial Estates in the district besides 2 Special Economic Zones and 9 Industrial Estates in the district of Jamnagar, 6 Industrial estates of Junagadh and 8 Industrial Estates of Surendranagar and other areas of the Kathiawad peninsula.

In a detailed pre meet survey being undertaken in the area, India Package Meet will seek to reach out to:

• Over 3500 commercial printers
• Over 300 Carry Bag Manufacturers and hundreds of packaging converters
• Over 3000 pharma manufacturers including 350 FDA approved companies
• Over 700 large and 30,000 small manufacturers of Chemicals
• Over 150 large and 3700 small scale food processors
• Thousands of big and small packaging users

Conference: At the core of the meet will be a half-day conference that will focus on technological developments in packaging and package printing.

Table Top Exhibition: An exhibition that will showcase products and services on a tabletop featuring 25 companies at each venue. Providers of machines, materials and services to end users, package converters and corrugated box makers will participate.
