Innovative Engineers, who are exhibiting at India Flexo Show 2007, offer a “systems approach” to prepress processing of Flexographic Plates with a complete selection of equipment specifically designed for high quality flexo printing. Innovative Engineers manufacture a wide range of Photopolymer plate making equipment under the trade name of @Flexogroup at Viramgam with the technical support of Flexo Technologies Inc., Taiwan. The @A2SS is a complete Letterpress Plate Making System that includes a complete stainless steel structure for exposure, washout and drying. Plates suitable for use on this are Toray/ ToreliEf, Toyobo/ Printlight, Ohka/ Miraclon, BASF/ Nyloprint etc. Plates can be used for applications like letterpress, dry offset, tags, labels, computer forms, tampo, pad and varnish coating. The A4 model handles a size of 210 mm. x 297 mm., the A3 310 mm. x 430 mm. and the A2 440 mm. x 610 mm. The A2SSF @2430, @3040 and @4050 models are designed for making Flexographic Plates and can handle plates like DuPont/ Cyrel, Ohkaflex, Flex Light, Asahi/ AFP and BASF/Nyloflex for printing labels, PE/PP films, paper, corrugated board, paper cartons, knitting bags and Tetrapaks. Models @A2SSF, 2A2430, @A3040 and @A4050 are also suitable for making plates for varnishing. A new development is their WATERWASH Flexo Plate Making equipment specially designed for the water wash process for Toyobo/ COsmolight and Toray/ Toreflex plates. The special features of this plant are high temperature washout, a special water circulation system, a residue filtration system and a special brush arrangement. The plates produced are suitable for label printing. They also have a Solvent Recovery Unit, which decreases the solvent cost in the flexo plate making process. The recovery ratio is 85% and this plant is available in capacities of 30 litres 60 litres, 80 litres and 200 litres. Their Laserblack Enhancer System can be used for economic positive filmmaking.
