Pin Dot Graphic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is Delhi's first supplier of processed flexographic photopolymer plates for printing and also a leading supplier of engraved gravure cylinders. They were the first supplier in North India to set up flexo plate processing facilities (a DuPont S plate processing plant) together with full design support through computer systems and image-setters and inline pre-press workflow from Esko Graphics together with gravure cylinders under one roof. They can process flexo plates from 0.95 mm. thickness to 7mm. thickness in sizes up to 34” x 52”. The cylinders supplied by them are chemically engraved. Their chrome facing plant is based on the latest technology for hard chrome processing for extra fineness and hardness and chrome polish of 1050 peri-Vickers conforming to international standards. They also have facilities for the best quality copper polishing. They specialise in half-tone jobs, embossing rollers and anilox rolls. The unit has been founded by Mr. Mohan Behl, who has 20 years' experience in processing flexo plates and gravure cylinders.
