Four years after the India Flexo Show 2003 where its Ecoflex UV 330 had stolen the limelight, Rotatek is back again with a live demonstration of the latest Rotatek Ecoflex at the 2007 edition of the show. The Flexographic Printing Press for labels, flexible packaging and cartons. It combines the latest flexographic printing technology with the advantages of the cassette system, the Ecoflex has a modular conception that permits the variable composition of the flexo printing units and other in-line printing, processing and finishing elements. Creed Engineers also offer the following presses from Rotatek: The new variable size rotary COMBI printing press- the Rotatek Combi Press combines in-line the advantages of flexographic and offset printing and permits all kinds of custom-made compositions, combining flexo and offset with other printing, converting and finishing processes. There are practically no limits for the configuration of the narrow web COMBI press, whether for the production of labels, cartons, mailings, commercial printing, flexible films or any other complex printing process. The basic configuration of the machine consists of unwind, web guide device, flexo and offset printing units, rotary die-cutting unit, matrix rewind, video web inspection and rewind. The best-selling platform for high quality labels, this machine will offer printing processes of UV offset, UV flexo, rotary silkscreen as well as gravure printing unit as an option. On the converting side, it will have embossing, cold foil stamping (using standard UV offset plates) and die cutting for self-delivery. The Rotatek Brava is a Semi-rotary and Full Rotary press printing in wet offset for the production of high quality labels. The combination of the two impression technologies gives the best possible system for the printing of short, medium or long runs with maximum profitability. The Semi-rotary system covers the printing of formats from 120 mm up top 350 mm without the need to change the print cassette or other elements giving an immediate benefit in set-up time and a reduction in waste during running. With a print width of 420 mm, and a running speed of 70 meters/minute in Semi-Rotary mode and 150 meters/minute in full rotary mode, this is the most productive press on the market.
