Bharat Traders have installed a new solvent recovery unit which uses distillation process to recover solvents from used waste. ``The recovered solvents can be reused and this reduces the amount of solvent releases into the environment,`` says Bankim D. Mistry on behalf of the company. Equipments for processing photopolymer printing plates; manufacturing rubber stamps & marking devices; processing offset plates; processing film as well as manufacturing and processing gravure cylinders are manufactured by the company. It also manufactures Cylinder coating, Polishing, Exposing and Copying Machines. The latest introductions include Solvent Recovery Unit, by distillation process, Solvent Regeneration unit, and Distillation unit. The equipments are used for coating emulsion and deep etch solution on MF and grained offset plates; exposing of offset and photopolymer printing plates; developing, washing and etching of printing plates and letter press printing blocks and metallic name plates; drying and baking of plates; post exposure, curing and after treatment of PS and PP plates; manufacture of seal and marking devices, rubber stamps, name plates; processing of graphic art films of Lith and Rapidex chemistry. The company also deals in different kinds of processed photopolymer plates for dry offset, letterset, flexo printing, pad printing, tampon printing, letter press, embossing plates, which are used for application like printing of collapsible tubes, bank cheque, tickets, labels, posters, books, news paper, magazines, cartons, bottle caps, carry bags, etc. For more details, contact bharattraders@roltanet.com
