Heating Systems for Corrugation Machines

1. Tubular Heaters: Hot Temp Heaters are ultimate in safety, durability, consitency and are easy to maintain. Our design experience comes from being vendors to top Machine Manufacturers and over 2000 Corrugated Box Manufacturers. This keeps us upto date with new innovations and latest technologies in corrugation.

2. Zone Heaters: Zone Heaters gives freedom to heat only the desired zone of the rolls in corrugating 2 Ply machine. This is done by switching on one, two or all heaters, as per the size of the corrugated roll required. This will help save electricity, produce extremely good quality 2 Ply output, eliminate need for multiple machines, reduce machine wear and tear and reduce electricity load.

3. LPG Heaters: LPG Heating has gained enormous popularity in recent years specially in North India. The problems associated with electricity department, reduction in overall electric load, low initial investment and easy availability of LPG has prompted Corrugators to convert to LPG at such a pace in North India.
